Stopping off the Rogue Umpqua Scenic Byway to see Clearwater Waterfalls and perhaps picnic or camp.

Whitehorse Waterfalls can be viewed from a small platform in the parking area, however, it's just a few steps down a small incline to view the waterfall and beautiful pool directly across from the fall. The wayside also boasts an unimproved campground as well as a small picnic area.

Whitehorse Falls is accessed just before Clearwater Waterfalls when heading east on Hwy 138, the Rogue Umpqua Scenic Byway.
It's not far from the trailheads and hiking trails to other and quite magnificent waterfalls: Toketee Falls and Watson Waterfalls. At Toketee find Toketee Lake and Umpqua Hot Springs. Hike along the North Umpqua River Trail.
