Eagle Ridge is located west of Klamath Falls in southern Oregon in the valley between
Doak Mountain and the upthrust of Cascades to the west.

Brad and I drove in from a day in Ashland and spent the night falling to sleep to the night sounds of wildlife settling in for the night. As I've noticed
previously, most especially from nights spent in the retreat on the river, birds and fowls do not sleep the night through. Not being an expert on such things, I did wonder if something hunting disturbed their rest, for ducks quack and move around a lot in the deepest hours of night.
